Persistent (Chronic)
Pain

Challenging lifestyles and work practices can produce chronic symptoms of pain, stiffness, fatigue and general malaise that make it difficult to be at your best. If you've had constant pain for the last 3 months this could be considered chronic. Getting the right advice from experienced clinicians is the first step to regain perspective and clarity. We can identify stressors which contribute to chronic conditions and recurring symptoms and help to co-ordinate the best treatment and self-help options.

General Aches and Pains

Skier girl.png

Aches, pains and long standing niggles in muscles and joints are common, but do you really need to live with them? Just because an old injury, poor work habit or incorrect exercise loading can often be the cause of your pain, it doesn’t mean it has to be! Our physio’s are experts in finding out why that old injury is still there, or knowing a better way to approach work load, and of course we love to make sure you’re getting the “goods” out of exercise and not the “bads”. A small change can yield big results. Want a Change? Make a Change! See Change!!

Note: If body aches are due to a medical condition, a person may experience other symptoms as well. Recognising other signs can help a person identify the cause and decide whether they should see a doctor.
